Before Returning: Please get in touch with us before sending any items back. Do not send collect items as they will be automatically rejected.

Return Policy: All items from come with a 30-day return period unless stated otherwise. After this period, warranties are managed directly with the manufacturer or their representative.

Defective Items: If your item is defective, contact us within the 30-day return period for a replacement, or a refund if a suitable replacement isn't available.

Return Authorization: Customers must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the order shipment date. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. Returned products must be shipped and received by us within this time frame.

Restocking Fees: Returned non-defective products may be subject to restocking fees. Unopened returns incur a 5% restocking fee, while opened ones incur a 15% restocking fee.

Condition of Returns: Returned items must be free from abuse or damage. We inspect returns carefully, and no returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged or if accessories are missing.

Shipping Charges: Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds: Refunds are based on the product purchase price. Original shipping and restocking fees are non-refundable. Items with free shipping incur a non-refundable embedded shipping cost.

Combo or Bundle Returns: Items purchased as part of a combo or bundle may be returned separately. If not all items are returned, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Missing Items: If something is missing from your order, please contact us with your order number and details. We'll resolve the issue promptly.

Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, email us at within 24 hours of placement.

How to Exchange an Item: To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. If it was a gift and you prefer store credit, contact us with the order details.

Returns for Other Retailers: If you purchased from a different retailer, please contact them for return options.

Products Not Eligible for Return: Items not purchased from and those with intentional physical damage are not eligible for return.
